Our Integrative Approach Includes?

What Is Integrative Psychiatry?

Here at Bloom Into Balance, we practice integrative psychiatry, which combines conventional psychiatric care with evidence-based complementary approaches to treat the whole person. Rather than focusing solely on symptoms, we look at the interconnection between your mental health, physical health, nutrition, lifestyle, and genetics. Through comprehensive lab work, GeneSight testing, and personalized assessments, we identify the root causes of your challenges — whether that’s nutritional deficiencies, hormonal imbalances, lifestyle factors, or other underlying issues. We also work closely with your primary care doctor, sharing relevant findings to ensure comprehensive, coordinated care. We are currently accepting patients in Florida, New York, California, Texas, Montana, New Mexico, and Colorado.

Conditions We Treat

We provide care for children ages 8 and older, adolescents, and adults. For all conditions, we use a
personalized integrative approach that includes comprehensive lab work, GeneSight testing, nutrition
counseling, lifestyle modifications, and therapy tailored to your unique needs.
